Visionary Media & Studios Ltd., a British Columbia company, runs visionarystudios.gg.

What we collect. Only what you send us by email or on X, which we use to reply to you and to work with you. Our host also receives standard technical details, such as your IP address, to deliver this site and keep it secure. We use no cookies, no forms and no tracking.

Who handles it. Google Workspace (our email), Cloudflare (our host), X, and the developer who maintains this site. Some of them store information outside Canada, where local laws apply to it.

How long we keep it. Messages that don’t lead to work are deleted after 12 months.

Your rights. You can ask to see, correct or delete your information. Email our CEO, who is responsible for privacy, at riley@visionarystudios.gg. We reply within 30 days. If you’re not satisfied, you can contact the Information and Privacy Commissioner for British Columbia (oipc.bc.ca) or the Privacy Commissioner of Canada (priv.gc.ca).
